If you're having a bad day put on all white

Colors are more than visual sensations; they stimulate our emotions, inspiration or productivity.
Created by absorbing or reflecting light, colors can elicit different responses from our minds and bodies. Imagine the warm and inviting feeling of a bright yellow, compared to the cool and calming effect of deep blue. And, while certain bold colors may interfere with our moods, others can stimulate our senses and ignite our creativity.

In short: colors can reflect or absorb the energy around us. In particular, white holds the special power to impacts our thoughts, the way we feel, and how we act. Yes, white goes beyond the absence of color.

By reflecting all wavelengths of light and colours, white is able to reflect energy, protecting us from negative influences, and allowing our sphere of energy to expand. As the traditional Kundalini yoga teaching goes, "If you're having a bad day, take a cold shower and put on all white".

Wearing white also requires us to be more mindful of what we do and of our surroundings. Any stains or dirt will quickly be visible! This mindfulness can translate into increased self-awareness as we become more conscious of our actions.

The simplicity of white clothing also helps others see us for who we are beyond our fashion choices, making it easier for them to connect with our true essence.

In a world where we are constantly bombarded by distractions and noise, we believe that wearing white allows us to reconnect with our authentic selves, finding a sense of peace in our surroundings.
